How to Apply a Certificate
1. Navigate to the course or live learning via the Catalogue.
2. Click the cog menu button and select Update Course/Update Live Learning.
3. Tick the box to Enable Completion Certificate.
4. Select your Certificate Type:
- Single Certificate Template - This is the default certificate type and just applies the same certificate regardless of when a user completes the course or live learning.
- Time-Based Certification Table - This certificate type allows you to assign different certificates to the same course or live learning depending on completion date.
When setting the date ranges in the Time-Based Certification Table, please note the following:
- If the "From" date is left blank, learners who complete the content before the "To" date will receive that certificate.
- If the "To" date is left blank, learners who complete the content after the "From" date will be receive that certificate.
- Gaps may exist between date ranges. If a learner completes the content outside of any defined range, they will not receive a certificate.
5. Select the certificate you want to add from the certificate dropdown.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on UPDATE COURSE.
You have now successfully applied a certificate to a course or live learning. Users who complete this content will be awarded the applicable certificate you applied.
