Capabilities Standalone

Capabilities Standalone is designed to support clients who want to join Acorn on the Capabilities journey, as we work to discover your organisation's capability, guide workforce planning, and foster learning with impact.

We've got so many Capabilities features in the works, and Standalone is the best way to get involved if you wish to utilise this feature without also having Acorn PLMS. Standalone also means that there are a whole bunch of other Capabilities changes hitting the system for both standalone and existing capability users. These changes will be focussing on supporting capability assessments, better dashboards, and improved user journeys, all specifically designed to make the user interactions with capabilities smoother and more intuitive.

What happens if my company signs up for Capabilities Standalone now and later down the track we wish to sign up for Acorn PLMS as well and want to have them integrated?

Our brilliant developers have designed the capabilities standalone feature so that it can be integrated with Acorn PLMS with a single switch that can be turned on or off by Acorn Support. So you can feel free to try either Acorn PLMS or Capabilities Standalone on their own and at any time can integrate the two together if you wish to add the other to your package.
