Please note - Only Acorn Administrators have the functionality to create content sharing pathways. For more information about the roles within Acorn, visit the What are the Different User Roles article.
1. Navigate to the 'Admin' menu and select 'Tenancy Management'. Click 'Content Sharing Pathways' from the secondary dropdown menu.
2. Search for the tenancy you intend to share content from and click the 
icon. A list of available tenancies will appear. Select the tenancy you want to share content to. Hit 'Confirm' to save.
Hint: In the above example, the Content Sharing Pathway will allow content to be shared from the 'Default Tenancy' to the 'DJ Tenancy'.
3. If you intend to remove a Content Sharing Pathway, click the 
icon. A list of current pathways will be available. Select the tenancy you want to remove the pathway from. Hit 'Confirm' to save.
You will be prompted to confirm this action.
Please note: Removing the content sharing pathway will also remove all of the content that is being shared.
You have now successfully created a Content Sharing Pathway! You will now be able to share content with another tenancy.
