Issue

Some customers utilising the AU-Gov-Cloud server are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Users may encounter issues when attempting to login to the platform or accessing pages.

The Acorn development team is actively investigating the problem and working on a fix to restore normal functionality as soon as possible.

During this time, you may experience intermittent disruptions or difficulty accessing your Acorn site. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Resolved

Technical issues affecting the AU-GOV-Cloud server have been successfully resolved. Impacted customers can now access their Acorn site as expected.

Our development team worked rectified the situation, and can confirm that the issue was resolved at 02:23PM 19/06/24 AEDT.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.
