Some customers utilising our Learnhub platform are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Users may encounter issues when attempting to login via Single Sign-On (SSO).
The Acorn development team is actively investigating the problem and working on a fix to restore normal functionality as soon as possible.
During this time, you may experience intermittent disruptions or difficulty accessing Learnhub. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Update
The Acorn development team has deployed a temporary solution to Learnhub customers experiencing issues with Single Sign-On login.
Agencies with a direct SSO connection for Learnhub are listed above, select your agency as per normal. "Other" agencies will be redirected to VANguard to select their agency to continue their SSO login. Agencies who are not utilising SSO can login manually with their username and password as expected.
Our team are working on a permanent solution. Any updates will be noted on this article.

Update
The Acorn development team has restored the Single Sign-On drop down function to Learnhub. Departments utilising SSO can now select their agency from the drop down list as expected.
