AR-6054 | Payments - Graduated pricing

Added a new pricing model to payments. With tiered pricing - graduated, the price per unit progressively changes as the user increases the quantity in their order. This new pricing model works with group purchases, purchasing coupons, or buying licences for a cohort.

Using the pricing table below, let's see how graduated and volume pricing differ for a coupon order.

If the user orders 130 coupons for the First Aid Training workshop:

Tiered Pricing - Graduated

130 units will cost $12,220.00

• $120.00 for the first 10 units ($1,200.00)
• $108.00 for the following 40 units ($4,320.00)
• $92.00 for the following 50 units ($4,600.00)
• $70.00 for the remaining 30 units ($2,100.00)

Tiered Pricing - Volume

130 units will cost $9,100.00

• $70.00 per unit for all 130 units

AR-6068 | Pricing Guide Descriptions

Tiered pricing models for payments now have a pricing guide description. This allows you to explain your pricing model to your customers in a way they can understand. Using language that resonates with your customers can make your pricing model easier for them to understand, ultimately leading to better customer satisfaction and loyalty.

AR-6048 | Allow Course Enrolment for licensed content for privileged various roles

Supervisors, user managers, and cohort managers can now enrol users in licensed courses from Admin > Course Management > Course Enrolment.

These privileged roles can now enrol a user in a licensed course if the user has a valid license, either paid for a licence, is part of a free cohort, or is managed by a cohort manager.

Previously, licensed courses were unavailable for course enrolment for supervisors, user managers, and cohort managers.

Acorn and tenant admins can still enrol users in all courses without restriction.

AR-6049 | Reintroduce course enrolment for cohort managers

Added the Course Enrolment function back into the system now that AR-6048 is available.

AR-5746 | Change the Leave Cohort button to be present but disabled for cohorts that cannot be left

Users can now see a disabled "leave cohort" button on cohorts with the cohort joinable setting turned off. This makes it clearer to the user that they are unable to leave this cohort rather than just having no button visible. 

AR-5626 | Adjust MS Teams integration mark attendance setting

Updated the MS Teams integration settings for marking attendance. Previously, the wording suggested that attendance would be marked automatically a day after the session ended, but in reality, it is marked automatically when a user joins the session link. The setting MS Teams integration setting name now reflects as "Automatically mark attendance when users join". 

AR-5776 | Manage license page - content count link

Added a link on the content count on the manage license page. This link takes you to the catalogue to view all the content with that license. 

AR-5841 | Move the quantity save button on the checkout

Moved the quantity save button to be in line with the quantity entry field on the checkout to add clarity that you are saving the new quantity. 

AR-5896 | Description for group purchasing option in settings

A description for group purchases was added to the payment settings.

AR-6098 | Capability Directory Update

The Acorn Capability library template has been updated. 

AR-6102 | Stripe account setup integration tip

Added a tip when setting up a Stripe integration to help users set up their Stripe account. New Stripe accounts may take a few business days to verify before integrating with other systems (such as Acorn).

Bug Fixes 🐞

AR-5567 | 'Enrol' and 'Catalogue' strings are not properly lingoed

Some areas of the system that displayed 'Enrol' and 'Catalogue' strings were not correctly updating for language translation. 

AR-6132 | Has Answered / Has Not answered dependencies stop working when pointing at options that have changed

Fixed an issue in forms when changing the order of field dependencies would prevent the dependency from being triggered.

AR-6139 | Quizzes strange rerenders in the view

Fixed an issue causing the page to refresh when attempting a Quiz Plus quiz.

AR-6143 | Page double reload when impersonating a user

Fixed an issue where the page sometimes refreshed when an admin impersonated a user.

AR-6183 | Dependencies not loading correctly when previous questions are answered too quickly

Fixed an issue on forms where if the user changed their answer to fast, field dependencies did not properly update to show or hide the correct fields.

AR-6192 | Quiz plus validation bounces between questions on submit

Fixed an issue causing the user to bounce around the page when they hit submit for every unanswered question. 

AR-6197 | Quiz Plus - Ranked order question failing

Fixed an issue for graders causing the page to crash if the user's attempt contained a rank order question.

AR-6232 | Quiz Fixes - Single Page view miscellaneous bugs

Made a few minor fixes to Quiz Plus when the view settings are for all questions on one page. 

AR-6119 | Homepage dashboard tabs device screen width issue

Fixed an issue causing the homepage dashboard tabs to flicker in size depending on browser zoom and screen widths.

AR-6120 | Allow file name text to wrap on resource view

Fixed an issue in Resources where a long file name would not fit in the window if the name had no spaces.

AR-6290 | Discount usage not properly displayed

Fixed an issue where the discount usage does not sync properly on the discounts page for admins.

AR-6334 | Cohort Managers prevented from completing group purchases

Fixed an case where Cohort Managers could not use the Group Purchase functionality, even when the setting was enabled.
