New charts in the Form Report, Cohort Managers invitations, refunds improvements, and more!

AR-5995 | Form Report now includes charts for each field

The Form report includes a main chart that shows the submissions over time, and also includes smaller breakdowns of the responses to each individual question. These breakdowns now include their own chart that shows a percentages of each response to the question.

Not all fields are supported. Some fields like long text, file upload or signature, can't be represented by a percentage breakdown, so no chart is included.

AR-6053 | Cohort Managers can invite users to create accounts

The new Cohort Manager functionality is now able to invite users from outside the system to join. These users will be notified via email and have an account created in the system for them. They will also be placed into the relevant cohort when they are created.

The option to allow Cohort Managers to create these users via invite in a setting that is controllable for each cohort by Tenancy Administrators.

AR-6199 | Improved Refunds to incorporate Graduated Pricing

Given our recent payments additions like coupons, group purchasing and graduated pricing, we've changed the way that refunds are handled.

The user process for individual purchases remains the same, but any user buying more than of the same content can now request a refund for each of the content they purchased. They can choose the specific allocation or usage of the purchase when the request the refund.

These distinct refund requests can now be handled by an admin, rather than actioning them all at the same time. They are grouped together into the same overall transaction to match the tax invoice received by the user.

Additionally, when processing a refund, the system now pre-fills the refund amount to be stored in internal reporting. This value can be changed to support partial refunds or other unusual cases.

NOTE: Approving a refund request does not automatically transfer any funds to the purchasing user. This refunded amount is for internal reporting only.

AR-6193 | Users submitting a feedback form without one or more required fields will now be taken to the first of the fields that they need to complete

Previously users were taken to a random required question, which would sometimes result in confusing behaviour or missed questions. Under some circumstances, the form would move the user multiple times between different fields. Now they are smoothly scrolled up the form to the first of the required fields that they need to complete.

AR-6222 | License expiry date is now displayed on the checkout page

When a user views the license page, it will now show the date their license is due to expire.

If they have a previous license that has already expired, it will also show when that license expired.

AR-6082 | Add Pagination to the Momentum History Page

The momentum history page can include a large number of momentum transitions, as an application moves around a momentum workflow. We've included pagination to this page to reduce the load of that page.

Bug Fixes 🐞

AR-6243 | Shuffle questions is not working correctly after closing and reopen the quiz

When a user gets partway through a quiz with the questions shuffled in to a random, re-opening the quiz would mix the previously answered questions amongst the ones yet to be answered.
This has been changed so that the answered questions are always shown before any unanswered questions.

AR-6225 | Prevented a visual bug with quiz passwords

In situations where the quiz password was used with quiz timing restrictions, the password field would display strangely. This has been prevented

AR-6220 | Not able to renew license that was self purchased

We've prevented the link to let the user renew their license before it expires. Users will need to wait until the expiry occurs before they can purchase the license again. Cohort managers can still renew licenses for their users before they expire.

AR-6218 | Expiry date & time is incorrectly displayed on the Tax Invoice

The expiry date on the tax invoice now properly respects the users local timezone

AR-6210 | Accordion performance improvements

The accordion component was unnecessarily loading it's contents before it was opened, causing performance impact in some circumstances. This has been resolved.

AR-6204 | If form options have a space in front or behind them, the response is not visually shown

Any responses that have blank characters at the start or end are now correctly shown in grading and reporting.

AR-6200 | Quiz plus further performance improvements

Additional improvements to the saving of quiz responses, to reduce slow loading for users and on the grading page.

AR-6183 | Dependencies not loading properly when previous questions answered too quickly

Improved the performance of the dependency loading so that they additional questions load faster.

AR-6148 | Completion percentage not displayed for hidden courses visible only to enrolled users

Users who are enrolled into a hidden course by an admin can now correctly see their completion progress tracker at the top right of the page.

AR-6141 | Course purchase tile Appears even when payment is whitelisted

Users who are in a cohort with the payment whitelist setting enabled will no longer be prompted to make a purchase. Those users already had access to the course, so this will prevent them from making an unnecessary transaction.

AR-6135 | Secondary emails are not saving for some users

The secondary email field when creating or updating users now correctly checks if the email is in use, and displays relevant warning text.

AR-5939 | Copy Form & Quiz Function

Consolidated the functionality of the copy form activity and copy quiz activities, to improve performance and extendability.
