AR-6282 | Open Sesame Partnered Content Integration

Our new integration with Open Sesame allows for the display of Open Sesame content within the Acorn Catalogue. You can enable the integration in the Integrations Hub.

This will pull their list of available content into the Acorn Catalogue, available for users to view and complete. Admins can control who sees the specific content (using the hidden vs visible setting and cohort restrictions) and change how users find it with categories and tags.

AR-6292 | Partnered Content can now have a Certificate applied

We've added the ability for admins to add certificates to partnered content.

The option to add the certificate is visible when editing the partnered content from the catalogue. This can include the default certificate, or any custom certificate that you have created via the Custom Certificates page. These will be downloadable for the user after they have completed the content, and visible in their training history and reporting.

AR-6282 | Partnered Content can now have CPD points applied

In addition to certificates, CPD points are now also available in that same section.

The CPD categories are managed in the existing CPD interface, and award points to the user when they complete the content. These points will be added to the user's existing tallies, available via a CPD widget on the Achievements page of My Learning, and in reporting.

AR-5930 | Allow adding expiries to payments

If you ever wanted to give timed access to content after a payment, you now can. When you are adding a payment to a course, you can specify how long the payment gives access to the content. Any user purchasing the content will have access to the content for that amount of time before losing access. To regain access, they will need to make another purchase.

All existing payments will be using the Indefinite Access option, meaning that users will have access to the content forever. Indefinite Access is also the default option.

AR-5950 | Supervisors viewing Momentum applications can now download the attached files

When creating a momentum form, admins can include a file upload question. When other users viewed the form, they could see that the field had been responded to, but they couldn't view the file. Now, users who can view the form can download the attached file.

AR-6323 | Past Reports page loads much faster

We updated the data that is fetched on the Past Reports page, to reduce the effect of large reports on this page. This page should now load much faster.

AR-6121 | Improved the resource view modal for smaller view windows

Under certain screen-sizes or zoom levels, the contents of the resource modal were squished to the point of being unreadable. This has been resolved.

AR-5442 | Program content selector is now pre-filtered to improve performance

When adding content to a program, the content picker is now pre-filtered to only show courses, improving the initial load time. You can still add content of other types by changing the filters.

AR-5861 | Remove pending join applications for cohorts when a user is added by an administrator

A user who requests to join a cohort can also be added manually by an admin. Their request is removed, as it is no longer necessary.

AR-6289 | Improve the Jump to Main button process

The button for the user to jump around the page, either to the main section or to the top of the page, has had it's functionality improved to avoid occasional redirects.

Bug Fixes 🐞 

AR-6260 | User re-enrolment into Paid Content after admin enrols

If a user is enrolled into a paid course by an admin, they are no longer prompted to pay for the content. They also no longer see the option to re-enrol in the course, instead having to un-enrol and re-enrol.

AR-6231 | Fixed a Language string for closed sessions

Users viewing a closed session will now see the correct text, instead of an unformatted language string.

AR-6180 | Fixed a bug that prevented manual quiz grading

Under certain circumstances, a quiz attempt could be prevented from being manually marked. This has been resolved.

AR-6260 | Correctly show user status for paid courses after being enrolled by an admin

When a user is enrolled into a course with a payment, if they have not paid for the content, we now correctly show the enrolment status and completion progress for the course.

AR-6433 | Restrict content access for users with expired licenses purchased by cohort manager

Fixed an issue that restricted course access for users with expired licenses purchased by the cohort manager.

AR-6444 | 'Content Enrolment' not functioning for uploading content completion page

Fixed an issue where the page crashes when switching to the 'Content enrolment' by upload type.

AR-6445 | Unable to open partner content when site CPD feature is disabled

Fixed an issue where, if the CPD feature is disabled for the site, the user is not able to access partner content.
