AR-6615 | Tag and Category Management

We've implemented a new page that allows admins to manage tags and categories, including creating new ones, updating existing ones, and viewing what content tags and categories are applied to. This page can be found under the Tenancy Management heading in the Admin menu.

This replaces the existing process of creating tags and categories from within the same interface.

Changes ✨ 

AR-6578 | Factor in course completion prerequisite to learners' completion criteria

Improved the logic for the completion criteria, so that the other settings that prevent users from viewing the activity (hidden, cohort restricted, or prerequisites) are correctly considered when calculating when a user is complete in a course. This means that if an admin sets the completion criteria to include a hidden activity, users can complete the course without completing that activity.

AR-6654 | Added better validation in momentum form

When setting up momentum forms, the necessary fields are now properly marked as required. When admins try to save a node with any of the required fields missing, they will need to update the necessary fields.

AR-6274 | Prevent Supervisors from enrolling users into hidden content

When supervisors enrol users from their supervisor dashboard, hidden content will no longer be listed for them to enrol users to.

AR-6629 | Improved styling of the slider widget

The slider widget had some extra padding that was resulting in some strange styling when titles and text were used.

AR-6629 | Allow session approval/withdrawal history to be visible to supervisors

Supervisors can now view previously actioned session approvals on the existing session approval page.

Bug Fixes 🐞 

AR-6630 | Scheduled compliance reports on programs use out of date program content

Using a compliance report on a program as a preset would instantiate the content of that program. When this preset was used later, including in report schedules, the report would not show the updated program reporting.

AR-6412 | Certificate placeholder is now usable in live learnings

Live learning completion emails can now use certificate placeholder as intended.

AR-6574 | Quiz activities not resetting after user unenrol and enrol

Resolved a problem where quiz activities are not resetting their progress when the user re-enrols in the course.

AR-6346 | Field points are now correctly updated

Fixed a bug where field points would not show the correct total points when radio or option fields are used.

AR-6617 | Updated the time spent calculation for completed content

The time spent calculation was returning the incorrect total hours under certain circumstances. This has been resolved.

AR-6631 | Grading page not displaying correct/incorrect answers for true/false question type

Fixed a bug where the grading page does not show the results for true/false.
