Issue

Some customers utilising our Single Sign-On (SSO) function for Acorn to Acorn are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Users may encounter issues when attempting to login via Single Sign-On (SSO).

The Acorn development team is actively investigating the problem and working on a fix to restore normal functionality as soon as possible.

During this time, you may experience intermittent disruptions or difficulty accessing Learnhub. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Update

 

The Acorn development team have identified a solution to the Single Sign-On (SSO) issues users were experiencing when attempting to engage with content shared between Acorn sites. We've scheduled this to be updated tonight (Wednesday 12 March, 2025), and we anticipate access will resume from Thursday 13th March.

 

Following this update, if you are experiencing any further issues using SSO for Acorn shared content, please notify our support team as soon as possible.

Resolved

The Acorn development have confirmed that the overnight fix was successful. We recommend user clearing their browser cache and cookies before trying a new login attempt via SSO.
