We're updating our Help centre!

We’re excited to share some important updates about our Help Centre! Over the past few months, our Customer Team has been working on transitioning to a new knowledge base platform. This change is designed to streamline how we handle support requests and improve access to our help articles.

As part of this transition, you’ll notice a few key changes:

  • A refreshed Help Centre experience – We’ve reorganised our category structure to make it easier to find the information you need.

  • Community and Suggest an Idea pages – We’re taking these offline while we explore better ways for customers to engage with each other and our product team. All existing suggestions have been documented in our new internal feature request process. You can continue to share feedback and ideas via our support channels.

  • Article links – Due to the new structure, any previously saved or bookmarked links to help articles may no longer work. We recommend navigating through the updated Help Centre to find the latest information.
  • Customer Portal – You’ll now be able to log in to view and respond to your individual and organisations existing support requests directly with our team.

  • Help Widget - The Help widget, which is available to system administrators will no longer be available. We're exploring further options available to allow our administrators to quickly find the related article for their needs.

These updates will go live on Wednesday 30th of April 2025, and we’re confident they will enhance your experience with our support resources.
