Reporting Definitions

There are 17 types of reports that can be generated. Most of these reports come default with your Acorn solution. And the others are enabled with our Capabilities feature.

 

Content Completion Report:

The Content Completion Report provides an in-depth analysis of user engagement by tracking and listing all completed learning activities within the system. It's a valuable tool for understanding which courses and content types are effectively being completed by users.

  • Reports on: Multiple or all Courses, Live Learnings, Partnered Content, Videos, and/or Resource.

 

Compliance Report:

The Compliance Report is an essential tool for organizations that need to ensure their users or employees have completed specific mandatory training sessions. This report quickly indicates compliance status, making it easier for organizations to track, rectify, and report on training-related compliance requirements.

  • Reports on: Courses, Live Learnings, and/or Programs.

 

User Report:

The User Training History Report offers a comprehensive view of each user's engagement with the platform, charting their learning journey. By examining individual training histories, administrators can better understand the learning patterns and dedication of each user.

  • Reports on: All users' training histories and selected information.

 

Course Progress Report:

The Course Progress Report offers detailed insights into the engagement levels and progress of users for a specific course. With a granular view of each activity or module within the chosen course, this report aids instructors and administrators in identifying areas where learners may be excelling or struggling.

  • Reports on: A single Course.

 

Live Learning Attendance Report:

The Live Learning Attendance Report provides a snapshot of user participation in real-time learning sessions. It serves as an essential tool for instructors, course administrators, and training managers to gauge attendance and participation metrics for one or more live learning sessions.

  • Reports on: Multiple Live Learnings.

 

Payment Report:

This report displays the total revenue, revenue by content, and lists all transactions for a tenancy. This report requires the Payments feature to be enabled.

  • Reports on: All content that can be purchased.

 

Form Report:

The Form Report is your go-to tool for analyzing individual responses from users who have filled out feedback or registration forms on your platform. By leveraging the Form Report, admins can gain valuable insights into users perceptions, experiences, and any provided information through the selected form.

  • Reports on: A single feedback or registration form.

 

Content Overview Report:

This report states the amount of enrollments and completions for each Course and Live Learning. Utilizing the Content Overview Report, administrators can measure the success and reach of their content, ensuring effective management and potential adjustments based on user engagement.

  • Reports on: All Courses, Live Learnings, Resources, and Videos.

 

Expression of Interest Report:

This report lists the users who have expressed their interests in Live Learning events. It will also state which events have the largest amount of expressed interest. This will help in identifying which Live Learning events are receiving the most attention, helping admins prioritize or plan according to demand.

  • Reports on: Multiple Live Learnings.

 

User Content Status Report:

This report displays the current enrollment and completion status of all users for selected Courses.

  • Reports on: Multiple Courses.

 

External Learning Report:

The External Learning Report provides a centralized platform to view and track all learning achievements that users have achieved outside of Acorn. From degrees and professional certifications to workshops and seminars, this report consolidates external learning accomplishments to give a more comprehensive picture of an individual's or group's professional development.

  • Reports on: All external learnings uploaded by a user.

 

Capability Report:

This report displays the assigned and interested capabilities of all users. The report shows a comprehensive breakdown of assigned capabilities for every user, showcasing their established skills and expertise.This report requires the Capabilities feature to be enabled.

  • Reports on: Assigned and interested capabilities.

 

Capabilities Details Report:

This report states how many pieces of content, cohorts and users they are assigned to each capability. This report requires the Capabilities feature.

  • Reports on: All capabilities

 

Development Plan Report:

This report displays each user and their capability development plan, including previously completed plans. This report requires the Capabilities feature.

  • Reports on: All users

 

Capability Assessment History Report:

This report shows the trend of assessment results over time. This report requires the Capabilities feature.

  • Reports on: 

 

Capability Assessment Report:

This report shows the assessed result of all users. This helps in identifying strengths and areas for improvement, thereby guiding future strategies and decisions.

  • Reports on: All users and their self assessment/supervisor assessment, and assigned level range.

 

Capability Assessment Gap Analysis Report:

This report shows the competency gaps within your team. The ultimate goal of a Capability Assessment Gap Analysis Report is to provide decision-makers with clear insights into where their organization currently stands, where they need to be, and what steps they need to take to get there

  • Reports on: All users and their self and supervisor assessment.
