So you need to reset a password. Luckily, it's quite easy to do so.

With a password reset you have two options.

1. User prompted

2. Admin prompted

The user prompted option is better for instilling the knowledge of how users can reset their own passwords. However, if password management is infrequent, you may want to just reset the password yourself and save the time.

User Prompted Password Reset

1. Send the user to the login page.

2. The user should click 'Forgot your password?' below the login button.

3. The user should enter their username into the forms and click 'Send Reset Email'.

4. The user will then receive an email prompting them to reset their password.

2. Prompt the user to reset and set their own password

3.  Enter a password and confirm the password.

4. Optional: Toggle 'Force Password Change'. This will make the user set their own password after successfully logging in.

5. Click 'Save Changes'. You can now provide the password to the user to use.
