AR-3779: Allow widgets that are throwing an error to be deleted

Administrators could not delete widgets when there were errors on the widget. This meant you were stuck showing a broken widget on the dashboard and couldn't remove it. It's all about keeping dashboards clean and error-free! 

AR-3799: Calendar shows different things depending on which view (day, month, week, widget)

Fixed an issue causing calendar events not to appear when a session ran over multiple days. 

AR-3861: Add user id to the feed log

Added logging on who initiated a Bulk User or Completion Upload.

AR-3886: Account Merge - Ignore event session registration conflicts if the new registration is withdrawn

Fixed an issue with accounts being merged when both accounts had registered into the same session. 

AR-3895: Reporting - Field Picker - Empty and Null handled poorly

Fixed an issue with field pickers in reporting where Empty and Null options would be displayed as two different choices. 

AR-4097: Go1 Partnered Content not loading

Fixed an issue that was causing Go1 content not to load in the catalogue.
