New Forms update! Feedback, Session Registration and Momentum Forms enhancements

AR-3139 | New Forms! 

Our forms have undergone a substantial update. Our new forms come with a new form builder, along with a variety of new question types and the ability to create form templates!

You'll be able to use these new forms for the following:

• Feedback forms
• Session registration forms
• Momentum

AR-4648 | Bulk course enrolment uploads

We are pleased to announce that we now support bulk course enrolment uploads. To access this feature, go to the Admin Menu, under Tenancy Management, and select "Upload Content Completion." You will notice a new tab labelled "Content Enrolment", where you can upload course enrolments in bulk using an Excel or CSV file.

AR-4112 | Support language for non-signed-in users

Added support for altering language texts when not signed in (i.e., on the login page). Contact support to learn more.

AR-4364 | Have the "Content Completion By User Field" & "Top 5 Learners By Content Completion" on the homepage dashboards

We've made the Content Completion by User Field and the Top 5 Learners by Content Completion widgets available for homepage dashboards. 

AR-4637 | Certificates in User Report Allow certificates for user completions to be accessed from the User Report by administrations, reporting officers and supervisors

We have added the option to download completion certificates from the User Report. This means that Administrators, Supervisors, and Reporting Officers with access to the User Report can now download learner completion certificates.

AR-4472 | Additional columns in Momentum tables

We've added a couple of columns to some of the views in Momentum.

• Added the application name to the pending applications list
• Added created time to both the pending applications and history lists

Bug Fixes 🐞

AR-4421 | Unable to update scheduled email participants in both Course and Live Learning

Fixed an issue that was making it confusing when trying to update email participants on a scheduled email. Adding or removing participants was not visually adding or removing participants. 

AR-4460 | Cannot delete custom certificate templates

Previously, an error message would appear when attempting to delete a certificate template, indicating that it was still applied to content even though it wasn't. This issue has been resolved, and now you can delete certificate templates when they are not applied to any content.

AR-4492 | Capability Gap Analysis Report - select capability filtering

Fixed an issue in the Capability Gap Analysis report when filtering by a capability. 

AR-4493 | Momentums Widget doesn't display avatar correctly

Fixed an issue with the Pending Momentum Applications widget where some user's avatars would not display correctly.
