PD-9 | Remote Content Sharing

Sharing content across platforms, partners, and clients is now more accessible and secure with Remote Content Sharing. With remote content sharing, you can distribute content while retaining full ownership and control.

1. Upload SCORM content into Remote Content Sharing.
2. Create your distribution Channels for all the third parties, such as systems, platforms, partners and clients.
3. Download the share package and distribute that to your other parties.
4. The parties upload the package into their platforms and launch the SCORM content as normal.
5. SCORM completion data and logs are fed back to Remote Content Sharing, giving you centralised reporting across the board.

Our new reporting widget lets you easily track learners' training hours. The widget can be customised according to specific content or cohorts.

AR-5142 | Content Completion report with duration

We've updated the content completion report to include duration. This means you can change the chart to show the duration over time.

AR-5107 | Likert Scale form response reportability

We've improved the form report and the likert scale data. Each likert option now appears as a separate data point in the report, making interpreting the data more accessible. Additionally, this improvement is also reflected in the CSV export.

AR-4678 | Overdue emails not being sent

Fixed an issue that was causing overdue emails not to be sent to users who had previously completed the content.

AR-4841 | Copying session fails sometimes

Fixed an issue causing sessions not to copy when the session had empty required custom fields. 

AR-4905 | Saving a field without a dependency selected does not show the error text

Added better clarity around why a form cannot be saved when a field has partially set up dependencies.

AR-5088 | Capability proficiencies erroring with too many characters

Fixed an issue causing errors when a capability proficiency level was too long in character length. It will now clearly state that the limit for a proficiency level is 30 characters when trying to enter a long proficiency level name.

Fixed an issue preventing updates to a capability name, capability description or proficiency description of a capability.

AR-5124 | Can't assign form template when updating session

Fixed an issue preventing the ability to assign a registration form template to preexisting sessions that didn't have a registration form.

Fixed the CSS styling of hyperlinks in video descriptions.
