AR-4355 | Completion Criteria for Live Learnings

Live learnings now have completion criteria! This allows you to set any/all selected events required for completion, giving you greater control over how live learnings can be completed.

AR-5292 | User Manager Role

We have created a new administrative role called User Manager, which grants elevated permissions for user management functions.

The role will give access to the following admin functions:

1. Create and update users
2. Merge user accounts
3. Manage cohorts
4. Bulk user upload
5. Bulk course enrolments
6. Session attendance approvals
7. Access to reporting and schedule reports

We're still looking at how this role fits into the product, and there may be some tweaks in functions and access. If you have any feedback, let us know!

AR-5383 | Completion certificate IDs

Completion certificates now have a unique certificate ID/number generated upon completion or uploaded via the completion file upload/API.

We've added a content name search for the form report. This will make it drastically easier to search for forms (especially live learnings)

A new option to send an enrolment notification to users on the bulk enrolment upload.

AR-5216 | Momentum activity setting - Create Application on Enrolment

A new setting is available for Momentum activities. This setting allows the application creation on enrolment rather than when the user clicks on the activity.

Added start and end date range filters to the Remote Content Sharing user's report. 

Bug Fixes 🐞

AR-4909 | Moving Application in Momentum Bug

Fixed a big that was preventing applications from moving through nodes in Momentum.

AR-5287 | Impersonate button on Mobile

Fixed an issue causing the impersonate user button to appear off-screen on mobile devices. 

AR-5288 | Assessment Logo on Mobile

The tenancy logo would overlap with other text on mobile devices. The logo will no longer overlap with other texts on the screen.

AR-5373 | Momentum Report not displaying response data randomly

Fixed an issue that was sometimes causing form response data not to display when changing filters. 

AR-5385 | Capability proficiency level descriptions not updating

Fixed an issue that sometimes prevented capability proficiency level descriptions from updating when changes were made.
