All Acorn sites are currently experiencing issues with form submissions.
Some users may encounter difficulties when submitting forms that contain short or long text fields. While users are able to complete the forms as usual, clicking the submit button does not process the form as expected. This issue does not impact forms that do not contain free-text fields.
We want to assure you that all responses to form questions are being auto-saved, so no response data has been lost. Our development team is actively investigating this issue and working diligently to implement a resolution as quickly as possible.

The Acorn development team have applied a hot fix. Forms that include short and/or long text fields are now able to be submitted as expected.
