Sharing content with the Acorn-to-Acorn Content Sharing Integration is a Straightforward Process:

In this guide, we'll show you how to use the "Acorn Destinations" functionality to manage the content you share with connected organisations. Follow these detailed steps to effectively share or unshare content.

 

1. Access the Correct Tenancy:

  • Login into Acorn PLMS.
  • Switch to the tenancy you are sharing content from.

 

2. Open the Integrations Hub:

  • Begin by accessing the 'Integrations Hub'. This is found under the Admin panel.

3. Select Partnered Content:

  • In the Integrations Hub, click on Partnered Content.
  • Choose Acorn PLMS from the list of available integrations.

4. Access Acorn Destinations:

  • Within the Acorn PLMS integration, locate Acorn Destinations.

 

5. Manage Content Sharing:

  • Locate the organisation you want to share or unshare content with.
  • Click on Manage Advertised Content next to the organisation's name.

6. Search and Select Content:

  • Use the search bar to find the specific content you want to share or unshare.
  • Select the content you wish to share by clicking on it, or unselect the content you no longer want to share.
  • Click CONFIRM to finalise your selections.

The select content will synchronise with the organisation's Acorn PLMS platform overnight.
