This guide will help you locate content that has been shared with your Acorn PLMS platform through the Acorn-to-Acorn Content Sharing integration.
1. Access the Catalogue:
- Log in to the Acorn PLMS platform.
- Navigate to the Catalogue in the top righthand corner of your screen.
2. Filter Content by Type:
- In the Catalogue, click on CONTENT TYPE.
- Select Acorn PLMS from the dropdown menu.
- Then, select APPLY to confirm.
NOTE: If you are an Australian government customer, select Shared APS Content instead.
3. Locate the Content:
- Browse through the filtered list to find the specific shared content.
- You can use the search bar to quickly locate the desired content by name or keyword.
TIP: An administrator can view hidden content in the catalogue.
You have now successfully located shared content in the catalogue.
