[Tenancy Management](https://help.acorn.works/help-centre/help-articles?hsLang=en-au#tenancy-management) 5 November 2024 # Bulk Course Enrolment Upload ## This guide will step you through how to complete a bulk course enrolment via an Excel file upload. **1.** Proceed to **Admin** \> **Tenancy Management** \> **Upload Content Completion.** **2.** Click on the dropdown under upload type, and select **'Content Enrolment'**. **IMPORTANT! Make sure you select the correct upload type (it will default to content completion)** **3.** Click on the **DOWNLOAD EXAMPLE** button to download the content enrolment example CSV file to use as a template. ![bulkgif](https://help.acorn.works/hs-fs/hubfs/bulkgif.gif?width=688&height=310&name=bulkgif.gif) **4.** Fill in the template with your content enrolment data. ![bulkuploadsheet](https://help.acorn.works/hs-fs/hubfs/bulkuploadsheet.png?width=688&height=261&name=bulkuploadsheet.png) **NOTE: Make sure you do not add any formatting to the file. If you are copying and pasting data into the template, make sure you paste values only.** **Content ID** - Each course will have a Course ID, to find this you need to navigate to the course or live learning. You will find the course ID in the course URL, it will be the last digit(s) you see. Example: [acornplms.com/view\_course/6](https://nademo1.acornlms.com/view_course/6) \<-- 6 would be the Course ID. **Content Name** - The title of the Course or Live Learning, the content name will need to match the course or live learning you are enrolling users into. **Username** - Add the username of the users that you are wanting to enrol. **Content Enrolment Date** - Add the Enrolment date for the learner. Follow the format dd-mmm-yyyy, as seen in the example CSV. **Content Enrolment Time** (optional) - Enrolment time attached to the user's enrolment. Time format set as HH:MM:SS. **Comments** (Optional) - Add a blurb that is attached to the user's enrolment. **5.** Upload your file.
