Available Capabilities reports
- Capability Report - Shows the assigned and interested capabilities of all users.
- Capability Details Report - Lists all capabilities, and how many pieces of content, cohorts and users they are assigned to.
- Development Plan Report - Shows each user and their capability development plan, including previously completed plans.
- Capability Assessment History Report - Shows the trend of assessment results over time.
- Capability Assessment Report - Shows the assessed result of all users.
- Capability Assessment Gap Analysis Report - Shows the assessed result of all users.
Accessing reports
- Go to Admin > Reporting > Reports > New Report > New Report > Search "Capability"
- Select the report type.
- Apply filters (optional).
- Click Next.
Exporting report data
- Run the desired report.
- Click the cog wheel > Export to CSV.
- The export includes all visible rows — apply filters before exporting.

Dashboard widgets
Capabilities summary widgets can be pinned to the Admin dashboard. Go to Admin > Tenancy Management > Widgets > Navigate to specific Dashboard > Edit Layout > Edit > Add > Select Capabilities widgets.
