Facilitators are users that can perform the same actions as a tenancy administrator, but only within the subset of content specified by the administrator (Programs, Courses, Live Learnings). The exception is facilitators are unable to delete content. Content creators are automatically assigned as a facilitator to the content they create. Other users can be assigned as facilitators by an admin, content creator, or other facilitator. ### To Assign a Facilitator: **1.** Navigate to the content you want to assign the facilitator to. **2.** Click on the **cog menu button**. **3.** Select **'Assign Facilitators'**. **4.** Click the **+** icon under the 'Assign Facilitators' heading. **5.** Select the user(s) you wish to assign as facilitator(s). **6.** Press the **CONFIRM** button. ![facilitator2-1](https://help.acorn.works/hs-fs/hubfs/facilitator2-1.gif?width=688&height=334&name=facilitator2-1.gif) ***Note:** If you would like to un-assign a facilitator, follow the steps above except in **Step 4,** use the **-**button.* -
