How to Build a Development Plan
This guide will step you through creating your own development plan by selecting focus capabilities and choosing relevant learning content to support your growth.
To build a development plan:

Go to your Profile.

Click the My Capability tab.

On the right-hand side, click Build Development Plan.

Choose the capabilities you want to focus on:

Select from your Assigned or Interest capabilities.

Click Next.

For each capability selected:

Click the arrow beside each content item to view more details.

Tick the checkbox for the content you want to include.

Click Next and repeat this process for all selected capabilities.

Once content is selected for each capability, click Confirm.
Your development plan is now created and visible on your Profile.
You can begin working through your selected learning content at your own pace.
