Go to **Admin** \> **Capability Dashboard \> Create new campaign**. 2. Name the campaign.  3. Select Cohorts or Users. 4. Select Capability Type. 5. Edit Email Notification if necessary.  6. Schedule Campaign. Learner receives an email notification with a link. 2. They rate their proficiency for each capability using the defined scale. 3. Optional: add comments to explain their rating. 4. Submit. ### Reviewing assessment results 1.
