Running a capability assessment
- Go to Admin > Capability Dashboard > Create new campaign.
- Name the campaign.
- Select Cohorts or Users.
- Select Capability Type.
- Edit Email Notification if necessary.
- Schedule Campaign. Click Confirm & Send.
Completing an assessment (learner view)
- Learner receives an email notification with a link.
- They rate their proficiency for each capability using the defined scale.
- Optional: add comments to explain their rating.
- Submit.
Reviewing assessment results
- Admin > Capability Dashboard > [Campaign] > View
- Compare self-assessment vs manager ratings (if applicable).
