How to Generate a Capability Assessment History Report
This guide will step you through generating a Capability Assessment History Report, which shows changes in assessment results for a single capability over time.
You’ll generate a historical view of assessment scores (self and/or supervisor) for one capability, filtered by time, user, and cohort.
To generate a Capability Assessment History Report:

Click Admin.

Click Reporting.

Select Reports.
-
Click New Report.

Choose Capability Assessment History Report from the list of report types.
Configure the Report

Select the Capability you want to track.

Note: Only one capability can be viewed at a time.

Select the Date Range for the assessment history.

This defines the timeframe you want to analyse.

Apply any Basic Filters (optional):

Filter by First Name
-
Filter by Last Name
-
Filter by Username
-
Show Suspended Users
-
Show Email
-
Show Not Completed
-
-
Select the Assessment Types you want to include:

Self Assessment
-
Supervisor Assessment
-

Choose which User Fields you want to display.

This includes any custom user fields configured in your tenancy.

(Optional) Select Specific Cohorts to narrow the report to particular groups.

Click Next to generate and view the report.
