How to Generate a Capability Details Report
This guide will step you through generating a Capability Details Report, which provides a breakdown of how each capability in your library is being used across the platform.
You’ll generate a summary view of capability usage across the platform to support analysis, planning, and content alignment.
To generate a Capability Details Report:

Click Admin.

Click Reporting.
-
Select Reports.
-
Click New Report.
-
Choose Capability Details Report from the list of report types.
The report will generate automatically.
What the Report Includes
For each capability, you'll see:

Number of content items mapped to it

Number of cohorts assigned the capability
-
Number of users with the capability assigned
-
Number of users who have marked the capability as interested
-
Number of users who have marked the capability as focussed
Use Cases

Identify underutilised capabilities.

Spot gaps where capabilities are not linked to relevant development content.

Support discussions around content strategy and capability optimisation.
