How to Generate a Capability Report
This guide will step you through generating a Capability Report to view and analyse capability data across your organisation.
You’ll learn how to generate a report showing capability sets, capabilities, and proficiency levels by user, including custom fields.
To generate a Capability Report:

Click Admin.

Click Reporting.

Select Reports.
-
Click New Report.
-
Choose Capability Report from the list of report types.
Field Settings

Under Field Settings, select the fields you want to include in the report. You can choose from:

Capability Set
-
Capability
-
Proficiency
-
-
Under User Fields, select the user fields you want to display:
-
This includes both standard and custom fields relevant to your organisation

Click Next.
The system will now generate your Capability Report..
Tips

Use custom user fields to filter and group data for more targeted insights (e.g. by department, region, or role level).

Click Export to download your report as a CSV file for further analysis or to share with stakeholders.
