How to Update Capability Email Templates in Acorn
This guide will step you through accessing and customising the automated email templates used in the Capabilities Module.
You will learn to locate and update four key email templates tied to capability assessments and notifications.
To update capability email templates:

Click Admin from the top navigation.

Select Tenancy Management.

Click Email Templates.

Under Select Category, choose Capability Emails.
You’ll now see four email templates available to edit:

Assessment Campaign
The initial email sent to users when they are invited to complete a capability self-assessment from Acorn.

Supervisor Digest
A weekly summary sent to supervisors listing all pending assessments requiring their review on the supervisor dashboard.

Notify User After Supervisor Assessment
Sent to the user once their supervisor has completed the assessment. It lets them know the review is done and prompts them to view the outcome.

Prompt Manager After User Review
Sent to the supervisor once their team member has completed their self-assessment. It prompts them to complete their portion of the review.
Tips for Editing Email Templates

You can customise the subject line, body content, and use merge fields such as user name or assessment link.

Click Save after making changes to ensure updates are applied.

If needed, use the Revert to System Default button to restore the original version.
