Intermittent issues impacting emails, API and reports.

 

Status: Investigating

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues that may affect some customers/users. These issues include:

  • Delays in sending emails

  • Delays in processing API requests

  • Delays processing User and Completion uploads

  • Delays in running reports

Not all customers are impacted, and the issues are occurring intermittently. If you are noticing delays, this is the likely cause.

Our team is actively working on a resolution, and we expect these issues to be fully resolved within the next 12 to 24 hours.
