Identified issue when attempting to access Learnhub via SSO.

Issue

Some Learnhub customers are currently experiencing a Single Sign-On issue when attempting to access the platform. Our engineering team is investigating the issue and aim  to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Update

The Acorn engineering team have applied a fix to SSO connections for customers utilising our Learnhub platform. If you encounter any further issues, please contact support with screenshots of any errors.

More information relating to the cause will be shared soon! We appreciate your patience whilst we investigated this issue.
