Missing Manage Cohorts function in Administrator Menu

The Acorn development team deployed a fix to the Manage Cohorts function on 14/02/26 at 02:00AM AEDT.
Customers can now manage their cohorts directly via the Administrator menu as expected. If you encounter any further trouble with access to this feature please reach out to our support team.

We’re aware of an issue where the “Manage Cohorts” button is not currently visible within the admin menu. Our engineering team is actively investigating this and working on a fix as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can access the page directly by adding /manage_cohorts to the end of your Acorn site URL.
For example:yourdomain.com/manage_cohorts
This will take you straight to the Manage Cohorts page as a temporary workaround.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and really appreciate your patience while we resolve the issue. We’ll keep you updated as soon as a permanent fix is in place.
