[Payments](https://help.acorn.works/help-centre/help-articles?hsLang=en-au#payments) 24 September 2026 # Payments Feature The Payments feature enables Administrators to add a payment to a [Course](https://help.acorn.works/hc/en-us/articles/4616232058895?hsLang=en-au) or [Session](https://help.acorn.works/hc/en-us/articles/4755942917647?hsLang=en-au) before the user enrols or registers. Supported payment methods include Stripe, CommBank, NAB, Bambora, Westpac, and Clover. The feature also stores a full record of all transactions and receipts within Acorn LMS for reporting purposes. Please [contact support](https://help.acornlms.com/hc/requests/new) if you are unable to find the Payments feature menu. Our team can enable this feature for your site. The following options can be found under the Payments feature menu in the Admin tab: - **Browse and create payments:** Create and manage payment templates that define the pricing and payment rules applied to your Courses and Sessions. - **Manage payment methods:** The payment methods are the various vendors that provide the payment type such as Commbank or Stripe. - **Manage payment refunds:** This option allows refunds to be given to users who have requested a refund. It should be noted that refunds will still have to be managed with your payment provider and refunds within the system and only for record keeping purposes.   ***Note:** Adding a payment to a Course or Session that users are already enrolled in will require those users to pay again in order to re-enrol.
