AR-8911: Option to Prevent Duplicate In-Progress Applications in Momentum
A new setting that prevents users from creating a new momentum application if they already have an application in progress in that same momentum. This applies platform-wide—blocking manual creation and automated triggers if the user has an existing application that hasn't been completed.
Why did we do this?
This unlocks new use cases where a static, persistent application is preferred—ideal for long-term workflows that users revisit over time, rather than restarting each time they engage.
AR-8888: Cohort Finder Usability and Search Improvements
The “Finding Cohorts” page has been upgraded with a more intuitive search bar and clearer, more relevant information displayed to users. These changes help surface the right cohorts faster and provide better context for each result, making it easier to take action confidently.
Why did we do this?
To streamline cohort discovery and reduce time spent navigating or second-guessing selections.
AR-8878: New Language – Japanese
Japanese is now available as a system language across the UI. Language assets have been added to support translations across key modules.
Why did we do this?
To expand accessibility and usability for Japanese-speaking users and clients.
Changes ✨
AR-8965: Accessibility Fixes in Capability Picker
Accessibility improvements were made to the capability proficiency level picker component, which will also be used in the new catalogue.
Why did we do this?
To ensure the platform is inclusive and meets accessibility standards—especially important as this component will appear in high-traffic areas.
AR-8728: Overhaul of Acorn’s Capability Directory
The default Acorn Capability Directory has been updated with refreshed content, improved structure, and new metadata including icons and descriptions. This updated directory is now the default option for tenants using the platform-defined capability library. The previous version has been hidden to avoid confusion but remains available to clients already using it.
Why did we do this?
To ensure Acorn’s native capability library is clear, modern, and aligned with current platform design and usage standards.
AR-8956: Node Visibility Message Not Showing
Visibility messages are now correctly shown when users are inside a "current node" state in workflows, resolving issues with incorrect UI rendering.
Why did we do this?
To ensure visibility rules work as intended and improve guidance during enrolment flows.
Bug Fixes 🐞
AR-9016: User Upload Error
Resolved a backend error that caused certain user uploads to fail due to a malformed number format.
AR-8990: Attendance List Timing Out
Fixed a timeout issue in the "View/Take Attendance" page when loading large user volumes.
AR-8935: Empty

Tags in Quiz Descriptions
Empty quiz descriptions no longer render as

in the UI, which previously caused unwanted blank space.
AR-8846: Plaintext Display for Short Text Fields
Short text form fields now display their responses in plain text after submission, improving readability.
AR-8289: Admin Can't View 'Live' Capabilities Post-Cleanup
Fixed a bug where admins couldn’t view ‘Live’ discoveries after cleanup jobs had removed older discovery records.
