AR-8182: Upload Your Own Capability Library
Admins can now upload their own capability libraries directly via CSV—no need to go through support.
This long-awaited enhancement gives customers greater autonomy and streamlines onboarding. Upload a CSV file in the correct format to populate your capability library from scratch. The new interface walks you through the upload and processing steps, allowing for smoother admin experiences and faster implementations.
Why did we do this?
This empowers customers to onboard capabilities independently through a streamlined, self-serve SaaS experience—reducing reliance on manual support.

AR-7966: Momentum Blueprints Foundation
The first steps toward Momentum Blueprints are now live. Momentum Blueprints are designed to simplify and speed up the creation of custom workflows in Momentum - reducing setup time and making it easier to deploy consistent, structured processes whilst also providing a simpler interface in which to configure them.
We are launching with just a basic approvals workflow to start with, but other streamlined processes like Onboarding & Request To Attend are in the works.
Why did we do this?
To streamline workflow setup for admins and support scalable implementation.

AR-8326: Auto-Detect Language Preference for New Users
During login, the system now checks a user’s browser language and applies it to their account settings automatically (unless a manual preference is already set). This includes new logins before account setup is complete. NOTE: This feature is optional. if you are interested in using this feature, please contact us and we can enable it for you.
Why did we do this?
To streamline onboarding and reduce friction for new users, especially in multilingual tenancies.

AR-7422: Stepped Arrows Responsive Redesign
Stepped arrows are now redesigned for improved mobile responsiveness.
Why did we do this? To ensure progress indicators display clearly and consistently across all screen sizes, especially smaller viewports.

AR-7415: Mobile-Friendly Homepage and Breadcrumbs
The home navigation bar and breadcrumb trail no longer scroll horizontally on mobile—extra items are now tucked into a dropdown.
Why did we do this? To improve mobile usability and eliminate horizontal scroll issues that impacted accessibility.

AR-8357: Clearable Date Filters in Reports
Report filtering now supports clearing all selected dates, giving users a cleaner way to reset their view.
Previously, if a date filter was applied—such as a custom range or a "Last 30 Days" selection—users had no intuitive way to clear it out and return to an unfiltered state. With this update, the date filters include a clear/reset option, improving both usability and reporting accuracy.
Why did we do this?
To help users quickly reset report filters without having to manually deselect or reload pages—especially helpful when toggling between different filter views.

AR-8391: User Count in Capability Picker
When doing a Capability Content mapping, each capability in the selector now displays the number of user who have that capability assigned.
Why did we do this? To make it easier for admins to identify the most relevant capabilities for mapping.
AR-7847: Fallback Colours Updated
Login/register pages now use a more accessible fallback palette when no tenancy branding is set.
Why did we do this? To address contrast issues and meet accessibility standards.
AR-7544: Improved Tab Contrast and Alignment in Session View
Tabs in the session detail view now have clearer focus and hover styles, with improved spacing and alignment for better accessibility and readability.

AR-8137: Better Signature Field Semantics
Improvements made to labels, font settings, and grouping for typed signature fields.
Why did we do this? To improve accessibility and usability of signature-type Momentum fields.

Updated user and course select fields now use the Acorn UI library.
Why did we do this? To modernise components and unify styling across the platform.

The Momentum stage tabs are now properly structured using aria roles to support keyboard and screenreader navigation.
Why did we do this? To ensure Momentum workflows are fully accessible across input methods.
AR-8129: Improved Tooltip Behavior in Table Headers
Removed focusable tooltips from table headers that were interfering with screenreader and keyboard navigation.
Why did we do this?
To prevent focus from jumping to the top of the page and ensure smoother, more predictable navigation for assistive tech users.
AR-7664: Form Error Messages Now Match Field Order
Required field error messages are now displayed in the same order as the fields appear in the form.
Why did we do this?
To reduce confusion and help users identify and resolve issues more quickly during form submission.
AR-7706: Fixed Radio Button Navigation in Session Filters
Radio buttons in session filters now support proper tab and arrow key navigation, treating each group independently.
Why did we do this?
To ensure accessible navigation for keyboard and screenreader users when interacting with grouped filter options.
AR-7845: Footer Text Now Resizes and Reflows Correctly
Adjusted footer layout so that text resizes properly and maintains contrast when users increase spacing or font settings.
Why did we do this?
To meet accessibility standards and ensure all footer content remains readable under custom text display settings.
AR-8403: XAPI Package Upload Enabled
You can now upload .zip files for xAPI activities instead of manually specifying launch URLs and IDs.
Why did we do this? To simplify xAPI activity creation and align it with SCORM workflows.
AR-8327: Removed Unused Capability Library Name Field
Eliminated the "Capability Library Name" from the database and interface, as it’s no longer used or needed.
Why did we do this?
To clean up unused fields and reduce noise in the capability creation and management process.

AR-8439: Language Change Affects Spider Graph Display
Resolved an issue where changing the language would cause the spider graph to appear without data.
AR-8268: Replaced Complex Capability Chip With Simplified Version
Swapped out the capability chip component for a streamlined version to resolve issues with inconsistent behaviour across areas like My Capabilities, Interests, and course or cohort views.
AR-8286: Momentum Application Incorrectly Marked as Complete
Fixed a bug where unenrolling from a course would prematurely mark the Momentum application as finished.
AR-8396: Reworded Table Header Labels for Screenreaders
Updated screenreader labels on sortable table columns to announce only the column name (e.g. “Owner”) instead of repeating “Sort by Owner” in every cell.
AR-8395: DateTime Field Not Displaying Input
Resolved issue where selected values were not visible in the DateTime feedback field.
AR-8394: Dual Validation in Feedback Forms
