What's New 🎊
AR-6618: Reporting Role Selection for Reports
Users with multiple reporting roles (like Supervisor, Reporting Officer, or Cohort Manager) previously encountered confusion when generating or reviewing reports—they had access to several roles, but no way to clarify which one they were using. Now, users are prompted to select their reporting role when creating, viewing, or scheduling a report. This role selection directly influences what users and content they can see in the report.
Why did we do this?
Clarifying which role a user is acting under makes reporting more intuitive and prevents incorrect assumptions about report access and scope.
Note: This change only affects users who are assigned more than one reporting role. If you have existing report presets or schedules, you may notice slight differences in the users or content included—these adjustments reflect more accurate alignment with the correct reporting permissions based on your selected role.

AR-924: Separate MFA Verification from Authentication Step
We've restructured the login process to separate MFA verification from the primary authentication step. The MFA step now occurs after the main login, allowing for better handling of security requirements, varied MFA setups, and flexibility for future implementations. This is a foundational change that enables compatibility with Single Sign-On (SSO) services in the future.
Why did we do this?
Separating these steps allows us to support SSO flows while still enforcing MFA, improving security and future flexibility.
AR-9467: Tenancy Features Page Now Live
The new Tenancy Features Page has been launched, giving administrators a clearer view of which platform features are available, active, or turned off for each tenant. It simplifies the process of understanding what's enabled and helps identify where additional configuration or activation might be useful.
Why did we do this?
Each feature now includes a clearer explanation of what it does, helping admins understand the purpose and impact of enabling it. This improved visibility supports better decision-making and more consistent configuration across tenants.

AR-9510: Go1 Integrations Now Support Multiple Languages
We've expanded the Go1 integration to support multiple languages. Tenants can request Go1 content in other languages by contacting Acorn Support.
Why did we do this?
To support a wider range of learners globally and improve accessibility of Go1 content in non-English markets.
Changes ✨
AR-9547: Campaign Cron Processing Moved to Background Job
We've re-architected how scheduled capability campaigns are processed, moving from a traditional cron to a job-based system. This change ensures that campaign sends are more reliable, and enables better retry logic and clearer logs when issues occur.
Why? To improve job reliability and fault tolerance.
AR-9321: Paginated Momentum Index Page
The Momentum index page now loads much faster thanks to pagination and backend optimisations.
Why? Large lists of momentums were slowing down the page—this fix dramatically improves performance.
