This update focuses on making day-to-day platform management more efficient and reliable for admins. We've added a powerful new reminder system for expired training, improved form interactions with a sleek new date picker, and optimised how large campaigns and content syncs are handled. Several fixes also enhance accessibility and user experience across key admin pages.

What's New 🎊
AR-9245: Refresher Workflow - Monthly Expiry Reminders for Supervisors
We’ve introduced a powerful new feature for refresher workflows: a new email option to notify managers every month if a user's completion remains expired.
Admins can now enable two new settings under refresher workflows:

Repeat Completion Expired Email Monthly: Sends a reminder email every month after a user’s completion has expired, until they re-complete the course.

Also Send Expired Email to Supervisor: Sends the same notification to the user’s supervisor, with additional details about which user is expired.
If both options are enabled, the supervisor will receive these emails on the same schedule as the user.
Why did we do this?
This ensures supervisors stay consistently informed about persistent non-compliance, allowing better tracking and follow-up for overdue training.
AR-9437: Updated the Date Picker on multiple pages
The old UI Date Picker has been successfully replaced in multiple locations with the modern Acorn UI version, including:
- Create Course
- Update Course
- Course Completions Page
- Live Learning Completions Page
- Create Assignment Form
- Update Assignment Form
- Discount Modal
- Custom Content Date Field
These updated components improve user interaction, reduce visual clutter, and align more closely with Acorn’s current design system. They also make future updates easier by centralising styling and behaviour into one reusable component.

To improve consistency and maintainability across the platform's date input components.

AR-9177: Capability Set Names Now Alphabetised
Capability set names are now sorted alphabetically (A–Z) throughout the Catalogue and Capability Library admin pages.
Why did we do this?
To improve ease of navigation for admins managing large capability sets.
Bug Fixes 🐞
AR-9602: Truncate Go1 Titles Over 255 Characters
Fixed issue causing database errors when syncing Go1 content with overly long titles. Content with long names can now be saved properly without causing failures.
AR-9579: Central Content ID Not Syncing for Partnered Content
Resolved issue where new partnered content failed to receive a central_content_id. This fix ensures content appears in the catalogue immediately after being added, instead of only after the next scheduled sync.
AR-9578: Shared Link Filters Showing Incorrect Results
Fixed bug where copied shared links retained outdated filter states.
AR-9573: Duplicate Acorn 2 Acorn Completion Records
Resolved an issue that was generating duplicate completion records.
AR-9556: UI Alignment Issues in Remote Content Sharing
Fixed layout inconsistencies on the Remote Content Sharing page.
AR-9538: Optimised for Large Capability Assessment Campaigns
Resolved front-end error preventing campaigns with large cohorts from being sent. The platform now handles large-scale campaigns more efficiently.
AR-9457: Tenancy Swap Filter Crashed on ‘[’ Character
Fixed crash caused by invalid characters in tenancy filters.
AR-9440: Missing Focus Indicator on Info Icon
Added visible focus styling for better accessibility without a screen reader.
AR-9438: Notification Timestamps Fail WCAG Contrast
Improved timestamp text colour contrast to meet accessibility standards.
AR-9410: Deleting Large Campaigns Caused Timeout
Now shows a proper loading indicator while deleting large campaigns.
AR-9230: Percipio Content Not Loading in Programs
Fixed loading issue that prevented Percipio content from displaying in Programs.
AR-8922: Tooltip Text Was Not Screen Reader Friendly
Corrected how text inside tooltips is rendered to be screen reader compatible.
