How to View and Action Session Registration Requests
This guide will step supervisors through how to view and action live learning session registration requests via the Session Workflow Dashboard.
For some live learning sessions, users are required to request approval from their Supervisor to register. These requests are managed via the Session Workflow Dashboard.

Actioning Session Registration Requests
There are two ways you can access the Session Workflow Dashboard:
1. Via the link in the email notification
2. Via your Supervisor Dashboard

Viewing Session Registration Requests
You will be sent an email notifying you that there is a session registration request for your action. The link in the notification email will take you to the Session Workflow Dashboard.
Alternatively, you can access the Session Workflow Dashboard from your Supervisor Dashboard:
1. Navigate to the Supervisor Dashboard by clicking on the Supervisor tab.
2. Click on the Supervisor Actions dropdown.
3. Select Session Workflow Dashboard
You can view historical requests that have already been actioned by turning the Show History toggle on.
Actioning Session Registration Requests
1. From the Session Workflow Dashboard, find the request you wish to action and select ACTION.
2. Review the users request in the pop-up window and approve or deny using the APPROVE REQUEST or DENY REQUEST button.
3. Confirm the action you have selected in the second pop-up by clicking on YES.
4. A third pop-up will display advising you that the approval/denial was successful. Click CONTINUE.
This will trigger an email notification to the user and if approved, will register the user into the session.
