How to Create a New User
This guide will step you through creating a user manually one at a time.
If you have a user feed or SSO user creation set up for your tenancy, you do not need to create users, they will be created via the feed or SSO.
If you do not have a user feed or SSO, and want to create multiple users at a time, please refer to: How to Bulk Upload Users.
To create one user manually follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Create a New User page via Admin > User Management > Create a New User.
2. Enter the required user details (first name, last name, and email address).
3. You have two options for password setup:-
- Choose to send an email notification to the user, which provides them with a link to create their password (do this by toggling on the 'Notify user of new account' setting).
- Directly assign a password to the user, ensuring it meets our security criteria, including length, variety of characters, and a mix of symbols.
4. Fill out any other user details (you may have other required user details if you have set up custom user fields and marked them as required).
5. Click the CREATE USER button.
Voilà, you've successfully added a new user!
