How to Request an Account Merge

This article will show a user how to request an account merge via the Acorn LMS Home page.

1. Scroll to the bottom of the Home page and select "Request Account merge"

Enter the "previous account username" details and "Confirm details" then click the "Request Account Merge" button. This request will be sent to the local administrators for approval. You will be notified of the outcome.
