The program details and program content are updated from different pages:

The program details you can update via the Update Program page are; name, duration, description, image and program settings and restrictions detailed in How to Create a Program.

Program content is updated via the Manage Program page where you can add, remove, and reorder content as well as manage program stages.

Updating Program Details
1. Click on the Admin Tab.
2. Select Programs.
3. Click the pencil icon next to the Program you wish to update.
4. Make your required updates (refer to this guide for more information about the different details you can update).
5. Click the UPDATE PROGRAM button.
Updating Program Content
1. Click on the Admin Tab.
2. Select Programs.
3. Click on 'MANAGE CONTENT' for the program you wish to update the content for.
4. Make your updates (see options below).
5. Click on the SAVE CHANGES button.
Adding a Stage
- Click on the ADD STAGE button.
- Enter a stage name in the label field.
- Click on UPDATE PROGRAM STAGE.
- Add content to the stage (see Adding content).
Updating a Stage
- Click on the pencil icon for the stage you wish to update.
- Update the stage name and/or add cohort(s) to restrict the stage to.
- Click on the UPDATE PROGRAM STAGE button.
Adding Content
Click on the ADD CONTENT button within the stage you want to add content to, select the content you wish to add, and click the CONFIRM button.
Removing Content
Click on the X icon associated with the content you wish to remove from the program, then click the SAVE CHANGES button.
Updating Content Order
Use the up and down arrows to move the content and change the order, then click the SAVE CHANGES button.
NOTE: You can also access the Update Program and Manage Content pages from within the program itself, via the cog menu button within the program you want to update.
