We've introduced a new feature that allows automatic un-enrolment in sub-courses when a user is un-enrolled from the associated parent course.
NOTE: In order to limit any accidental usage of this feature, this is only available via a new tenancy feature. Please contact support to have this feature enabled.
Once Support have enabled this feature for your site, you will need to turn the feature on for the tenancies you wish to apply it to:
1. Navigate to the tenancy features via Admin > Tenancy Management > Browse and Update Tenancies
2. Select the edit pencil icon under the 'Features' column heading
3. Turn the 'Cascade Unenrolment to Subcourse' toggle on.
4. Click on the 'Update Features' button.
Now you have the feature turned on you can turn the setting on for your sub-course activities.
1. Click the cog menu button and select Select 'Start editing'.
2. Click the edit pencil icon for the sub-course activity you are applying this setting for.
3. Toggle on the 'Cascade Un-enrolment to Sub-course' setting.
4. Click 'Update Activity'.
You have now enabled automatic un-enrolment from a sub-course!
