An extra field for activities in the activity bank where the activity for information that only administrators can see.
For example, we offer several courses on one topic that is delivered in several learning formats, so the knowledge assessments vary slightly depending on delivery and audience. Currently, we put acronyms in the activity title to differentiate the activities in the activity bank, however the learner can see this when the activity is imported to a course page as it is in the activity title.
If we could identify the activity in a separate field from the activity title, which would only be visible to administrators when browsing the activity bank, then this would help us tidy up our activity naming conventions on the course pages.
