Capabilities Administration
Understanding access and how to make edits to your Capabilities framework.
Manager access
Managers can view and assess the capabilities of their direct reports. Ensure manager relationships are set correctly in user profiles.
Deleting/editing capabiltiy sets or individual capabilities
- Go to Admin > Capability Dashboard.
- Click Edit on Capability Sets or Individual Capabilities
- Find the capability and click Edit or Delete.
- Deleted capabilities are hidden from new assessments but historical data is retained.

Bulk operations
To bulk-assign capabilities to many users at once (e.g. after a restructure), contact Acorn Support — bulk capability assignment is available via import.
