Customers may require to download or export a copy of their SCORM content for multiple reasons. Typically, it may be required for testing/troubleshooting purposes, or because our customers need to store or migrate the file to a new/different system.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the Course or Live Learning that contains the SCORM activity/file.
2. Turn on editing by clicking the admin cog and selecting START EDITING.
3. Scroll down and click on the file icon that currently exists in the upload file field. A small window will appear, click DOWNLOAD FILE.
The SCORM ZIP will be added to your device's downloads file. Repeat this process for other SCORM activities.
Please note - Acorn does not have the ability to export/download SCORM files in bulk, they must be downloaded individually.
