UPDATE: 10:20AM AEDT

System performance has been restored after a brief outage in the APAC region.

At approximately 8:35 AM AEDT, SCORM activity volume spiked beyond the provisioned capacity. The sustained load caused the system to become resource-constrained, impacting database performance and application availability.

Our engineering team deployed additional resources to handle the increased capacity requirements and normal performance was fully restored by 10:00 AM AEDT.
