Release 1.7.21 brings a refreshed privacy policy with new EU-specific data controls and support for two-year CPD accreditation cycles - alongside faster remote content sharing reports, more precise cohort assignment conditions, and a fix to Momentum workflow safety.

Two-Year CPD Accreditation Periods - Continuing Professional Development (CPD) tracking now supports fixed two-year accreditation cycles in addition to the standard one-year cycle, giving organisations with multi-year compliance periods accurate tracking against their actual accreditation schedule.
Improvements ✨
Faster Remote Content Sharing reports - The Remote Content Sharing Users and Activity reports now load one month at a time instead of your organisation's full sharing history, so reports open quickly no matter how large your content library. Use the new month selector to jump to any month - the chart, filters, and CSV export all follow your selection, and downloaded files are named for the month they cover. Because the Users report is now scoped to a month, it shows learners who were active in that month rather than every learner ever provisioned.
SSO setup wizard improvements - The self-serve SSO setup wizard's Enable Connection button now stays hidden until your connection test passes, so you're not left looking at a greyed-out button before you know why. SAML and OIDC claim fields also switched to multi-line inputs, so longer claim values - like Entra's default claim URLs - are no longer silently truncated.
Exact-match cohort assignment conditions - Multi-select user fields used in cohort assignment rules now support exact-match conditions ("equals" and "not equals") alongside the existing "contains" and "not contains" options, so a rule for "Cycling" only matches people with exactly that option selected - not "Motorcycling" or anything else that happens to contain the same text.
Bug Fixes 🐞
Fixed an issue where deleting a Momentum workflow node that still had applications assigned to it could leave those applications stuck with no way to progress; Momentum now blocks deleting a node while applications remain assigned. (CORE-278)
Fixed an issue where automated Momentum application processing could fail, causing some applications to stall and confirmation emails not to send. (CORE-281)
