AR-7914: Report Filtering – Now Supports Absolute and Relative Date Ranges
Users can now choose between absolute and relative date options when filtering reports. The updated interface is consistent across multiple reports: Content Completion, Live Learning Attendance, Content Overview, several Capability reports, and Forms. By default, the filter is expanded and set to "Last 30 Days", but users can easily select predefined ranges or use a custom date picker. Learn more about Dynamic Date Filters in Acorn Reporting.
Why did we do this?
This redesign gives users more control and clarity over how data is filtered, particularly useful for recurring analytics or auditing time-bound learning activities.
AR-7917: Widget Dashboard Selector – Dropdown-Based Interface
We’ve replaced the scrollable widget layout selector with a dropdown. This new design makes it easier to switch between dashboard layouts (on the Home page, Supervisor dashboards, Reporting dashboards, and External dashboards), especially when dealing with long layout names or numerous options.
Why did we do this?
The old horizontal list was hard to navigate. The dropdown is easier to use, especially on mobile devices.

AR-7911: Supervisor Hierarchy – Improved Loop Detection
The system now prevents loops when editing a user's supervisor relationship and gives a clear error message if a loop is attempted. NOTE: This only applies to the new version of the supervisor hierarchy process, not yet enabled for all clients.
Why did we do this? To provide better guidance on how loops cause problems with the hierarchy calculation and improve clarity for admins.
AR-7818: ImageBlock – Support for Mobile-Specific Images
Users can now upload a separate image for mobile viewports and choose to preserve aspect ratios independently.
Why did we do this? To improve mobile display consistency and visual layout control.
AR-7824: Layout Editor – Descriptive Block Added
Added a visible guide block in the mobile layout editor to explain what can be customised between desktop and mobile.
Why did we do this? To help admins understand layout controls and reduce support queries.
AR-7833: Slider – Stack Image Above Text on Mobile
The slider component now displays the image above the text when viewed on screens narrower than 880. This ensures both the image and content are visible and legible.
Why did we do this? To fix layout issues on mobile where sliders previously obscured content or became unreadable.
AR-5493: Slider – Prevent Title Being Covered by Controls
Adjusted the slider controls so they no longer block the slide title text. Controls now only appear on hover.
Why did we do this? To improve content readability and avoid UI overlap in smaller viewports.

AR-7920: Reporting – Hidden Content Not Selectable
Fixed an issue where Cohort Managers and Reporting Officers couldn’t include hidden content in certain reports.
AR-7860: AI Button – Padding Adjustment
Minor UI fix to improve spacing between icons.
AR-7636: Sort By Filter – Now Functional
Resolved an issue where sorting by “Users Assigned” didn't work in certain views.
