How to Restrict a Course to a Cohort

In this article, we will walk you through the process of restricting a course to a specific cohort(s), ensuring that your training is targeted and relevant.

Restricting a course to a cohort will only let the users in that specified cohort(s) to view and access the course.

1. Navigate to a Course > Click the cogwheel > Update Course > below "Restrict to Cohorts" click
"Add Cohort".

2. Specify the Cohort(s) you want to restrict the course to. 

  • Add as many cohorts as necessary.

3. Click "Confirm" > Scroll down and click "Update Course".
