Changes ✨
AR-8731 — Performance Improvements for ‘User Select’ & ‘Course Select’ Form Field
We’ve improved the performance of the ‘User Select’ and ‘Course Select’ form fields so they can handle long lists more smoothly, making them quicker to load and easier to use. Why? Because when you’re providing feedback or working on a Momentum application, selecting the right user or course should be simple and seamless, not slow or frustrating.
AR-4299 — Momentum: pre-populated naming pattern for applications
New Momentum applications now auto-generate a name using a standard pattern (e.g., Momentum name + date or assignee), which remains editable before saving. Why? Consistent, predictable names make applications easier to search, filter, and audit across teams.
AR-8790 — Hide “Transitions” on terminal nodes
The redundant Transitions section is no longer shown on terminal nodes in Momentum. Why? Terminal nodes don’t transition; removing clutter clarifies the workflow end.
AR-8794 — Momentum: Help text for “last transition” fallback
We added descriptive text clarifying that the last transition acts as a fallback when no conditions match, reducing misconfiguration in Momentum workflows. Why? To prevent surprises in routing.
AR-8921 — Enabled language pack compatibility with numerous widgets
We’ve updated a number of widgets across the Homepage, Supervisor, and Reporting dashboards to work seamlessly with our different language packs. Why? Because clearer wording in your chosen language helps reduce confusion and makes everything easier to understand.
AR-8641 — Notifications on supervisor assessment completion
When a supervisor submits an assessment, the system now triggers both an email and an in-app bell notification to relevant recipients with a deep link to the assessment details. Why? This closes the loop quickly, prompting timely follow-ups and improving visibility without manual reminders.
AR-8672 — Enhanced HTML Support in Text Editors
We’ve expanded the text editors to allow more flexibility with HTML, while still keeping everything aligned with our cyber-security sanitisation policies. Why? So you can customise your text more freely without compromising on security. We’ll continue to monitor this functionality to ensure you can enjoy that flexibility while staying protected from potential threats.
